4 c. rinsed berries, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp almond extract, pinch nutmeg, pinch salt. 1-9" pie shell, 1 c. flour, 2/3 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter. toss berries in mixture of the first six ingredients in large bowl until well blended. pile into unbaked pie shell. in medium bowl mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. add butter, stir with fork until crumbs form. crumble on top of pie and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. lower to 350 degrees and bake until the fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.
