    general road rules

    1. 30 minutes of playing or walking per day. we suggest dancing to your favorite music or a 'peacewalk'.
    2. shower with frango mint shower gel to get a calorie free carbohydrate fix first thing in the a.m.
    3. eat an all protein breakfast and lunch. limit carbohydrate until evening. no bread, pasta, chips, rice, flour, sugar etc. until dinner.
