1/3 c. chilled fresh orange juice, 1/4 tsp. orange flavored liqueur, 1/3 c. chilled champagne, 1 small orange wedge. combine orange juice and liqueur in a fluted champagne glass. slowly add champagne. garnish glass with orange wedge if desired. serve immediately.
