I love the gentleness and exfoliant for my face , but sometimes you get a glob of too much wash and no exfoliant . The worst part for me is the bottle and the reason for a 3 star rating. The bottle is not squeezable- it needs to be more pliable so the product comes out more easily . A squeeze tube would be nice . Philosophy- please redesign this !!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Product, but that's where the great ends I ordered this and a bunch of other stuff on February 8th. The order was stuck in processing for 7 weeks. During that time I reached out to Customer Service a number of times via email and phone and tried my hardest to engage them in communication, but my emails went with no response and when I called, I was told the order would be canceled, but it never was. After 5 weeks I figured my order was never going to ship so I decided to try another line of skin care. Why should I have to beg these people to take my money and give me stuff when there are other companies out there perfectly happy to provide a wonderful customer experience? Well, after all this, Philosophy shipped my order on 4/1. Some April fools prank! Now I have $90 worth of stuff I don't need and stuff I wasted countless time begging for and then begging for it to be canceled. The products this company offers are wonderful, but the customer service is bad enough that I will never give them another dollar. I'm done!
