HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

you earn 1 points for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. you can also earn points by completing tasks described on the philosophy rewards home page. there is no limit to how many points you can earn - just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TIERS?

your membership tier is based on how many points you’ve earned in a twelve-month period. you’ll start in the fan tier and move up from there as you accumulate more points. once you enter a new tier, you’ll have to earn enough points to retain your status. if you don’t, you’ll move to the tier that you are eligible for. each tier comes with its own benefits which are described above.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

once logged in, you can check your points balance on both the rewards page and your account page.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I HAVE REACHED A NEW TIER?

when your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. if the tier you have crossed into is either the loyalist or elite tiers, this email will also include information about your welcome to your new tier gift!

I’M A LOYALIST OR ELITE TIER MEMBER. HOW DO I ACCESS EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS, REWARDS, AND OFFERS?

you will receive exclusive offers by subscribing to our email list. this is also where you will be notified of early access to events, product releases, and promotions for our loyalist and elite tier members.

DO MY REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

points expire on December 31st each year, re-starting January 1st each year.

only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. this means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through philosophy.com in order to receive points.
