getting started is easy. if a product has a frequency option, it’s available for auto-delivery. just select desired size, quantity and delivery frequency, and add to your shopping bag. shipping is always free after the initial order.

once you place your order, the products you’ve set for auto-delivery will ship to you at the frequency you’ve chosen. we make it easy to manage your account settings online. you can change your next delivery date, change your delivery frequency, update your delivery address or cancel your auto-delivery program at any time within your online account.
you will receive an email notification when your replenishment order ships and that's when we will charge the credit card on file.

philosophy's auto-delivery program offers the convenience of having your favorite products shipped to you automatically so that you never run out of your favorite product. shipping is always free after the initial order. you may cancel your enrollment in the auto-delivery program or modify an auto-delivery order at any time, provided your order is not already in process
the philosophy auto-delivery program is available only for certain philosophy products sold on philosophy.com and may be subject to change at philosophy’s discretion. all auto-delivery subscriptions on philosophy.com are subject to the philosophy terms of use, these purchase policies and privacy policy.
enrolling in an auto-delivery subscription
in order to participate in our auto-delivery program, you must create an account (it's easy!) on philosophy.com. you can set up your auto-delivery preferences for shipping date, frequency and billing information through your philosophy.com account. changes to your auto-delivery preferences may also be made at any time by signing into your account and accessing "auto-delivery programs". you may modify delivery frequency, modify your shipping date, update your billing information or cancel at any time.

as part of the auto-delivery program, you will receive email notifications including the following:

promotions
from time to time, philosophy may offer certain promotions and discounts for purchases on philosophy.com. auto-delivery programs lock you into the original program price, and shipping is always free after the initial order. discounts and promotions may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.
price changes
any pricing changes will be communicated in advance of your shipments with an ability to opt-out of the program.
payment for replenishment orders
we use the credit card on file for each auto-delivery program to process each of your deliveries. to modify your payment information, you may contact our customer service department at 1.800.568.3151. philosophy reserves the right to cancel your shipment and/or your auto-delivery program if your credit card on file is declined for any reason.
we accept the following methods of payment for auto-delivery programs: visa, mastercard, discover and american express. at this time, we are unable to accept paypal or apple pay as payment for the auto-delivery program.
discontinued and delayed items
we reserve the right to cancel an auto-delivery program should an item be discontinued. you will be notified in advance if this occurs.
if an item contained in an auto-delivery program is temporarily out of stock at the time of shipment, the order will be held until the item comes back in stock and will then be shipped.
